RECSELT undertakes the following activities and conducts the following checks before sending the CV to the client.

  • Checking Communication skills
  • Experience related to the job vacancy
  • Availability / interest for the said job vacancy and job location
  • Current salary details & expected salary .
  After the above matches as per the client's requirements, only the short-listed CVs are forwarded to the client, for their perusal.

The final shortlist for interviews to be conducted is obtained from the client. RECSELT ensures coordination of the interview date, time and venue with the client and the candidate. Interviews are held either telephonically or in person as preferred by client. RECSELT has an interview / conference room facilities within its own office premises which are offered for conducting interviews. The clients can also conduct interviews at their place of preference. It is standard market practice, for clients to re-imburse candidates who reside outside the city of interview for their to and fro travel costs (either train /air fare) as per seniority of the assignment.
